FCxO Toolkit

A free Claude plugin for fractional executives - CEO, CMO, CSO, CTO, COO, CFO. Twenty-four skills run the recurring jobs of a solo practice on a plain markdown workspace you own: find and win clients, deliver and retain them, market yourself, and run the back office.

The Recurring Jobs, Covered

Every fractional runs the same business under the hood. Each skill answers one recurring job and writes its result where the next skill can build on it.

A Workspace You Own

Everything anchors on a practice workspace: a plain folder of markdown notes on your own disk. Skills read your role, positioning, rates, clients, and pipeline from it and write their output back into the right place, so you never re-paste context and every result lands where the next skill builds on it.

The speed comes with control built in. Every outward message is a draft you review and send yourself. Documents render locally into a single HTML file you print to PDF. The plugin ships no executable code, collects nothing, and sends nothing to anyone; the full data-handling disclosure is public.

It runs the same in Claude Code and Claude Cowork, works standalone with no required integrations, and gets sharper when you connect your own tools. Install instructions and the full skill catalog live in the repository.
