LinkedIn App Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Ainova Systems processes data through its LinkedIn integrations (“Ainova App” for personal posts and “Ainova Page App” for company page administration) to enable authorized users to post and manage content on LinkedIn. The applications only access data explicitly granted via LinkedIn OAuth authorization. We do not collect or store personal data beyond what is required for authentication and publishing. All data is processed securely on EU-based infrastructure (Hetzner) in accordance with GDPR.

LinkedIn Integration

We maintain two LinkedIn integrations:

Ainova App: For publishing and managing personal LinkedIn posts on authorized user profiles
Ainova Page App: For publishing and managing content on the Ainova Systems company page and content administration

Both applications only access data explicitly granted via LinkedIn OAuth authorization and do not collect or share any personal data beyond what is required for authentication and publishing.

All data is processed in accordance with the EU GDPR and stored securely on EU-based servers (Hetzner).

LinkedIn Comments and Engagement Data

When interacting with our official LinkedIn page or posts, we may process publicly available engagement data (such as comments, likes, and names of commenters) for internal analytics and audience insights.

This information is never sold or shared with third parties and is used solely to improve our content and services in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
